The thing most contractors get wrong
Rain enters at a break in the roof, runs down the underside, follows a purlin sideways, and only then falls onto the ceiling. The stain you see can be metres away from the actual hole.

A cracked or shifted tile, a failed seal, a rusted flashing. Usually high on the slope and invisible from the ground.

It drips where the timber ends or the ceiling board joins. This is the only part you can see from inside.
Patch the ceiling above the stain and it looks fixed — until the next heavy rain. We start on the roof, find point 1, and repair there.

Yes. Inspection, diagnosis and quotation cost nothing and carry no obligation. We only charge once you accept the quotation and work begins.
Most single-point leaks are finished within one working day. Jobs involving gutters, several leak points or waterproofing coating usually run two to four days. The timeline is confirmed in the quotation before we start.
CIDB is Malaysia's Construction Industry Development Board. A G3 registration means we are legally permitted to carry out construction works valued up to RM1 million. It matters because registration is mandatory for construction work in Malaysia — private jobs included — and an unregistered contractor leaves you with no formal recourse.
Cement grout is porous, so it absorbs water, oil and dirt and grows mould inside itself — which is why scrubbing never works for long. Epoxy is non-porous and waterproof: it resists staining and mould, wipes clean, and holds its colour for years.
Extension works may need local council (PBT) approval depending on your area and the scope. We will tell you what your case requires and can coordinate with a licensed draughtsperson or submitting person where one is needed.
Price depends on scope, area, materials and how hard the roof is to reach — which is exactly why we inspect before quoting instead of guessing over the phone. What we promise is that the quotation is itemised, and the price you accept is the price you pay unless you ask for extra work.
Yes. One leaking spot, one room of repainting, one bathroom of grouting — all fine. Small jobs carry a minimum callout charge, which we tell you before we come, not after.
